Founded in 2023 by Ruchir Agarwal and Patrick Gaule, the Global Talent Fund (formerly known as the Global Talent Network) is registered in the United States as the Global Talent & Innovation Fund, a 501(c)(3) organization (EIN: 92-3389695).
