The GTF Coaches Program brings together academic excellence in Olympiad mathematics with training and collaboration across a truly international community of educators, coaches, teachers, and administrators from around the world. The program is completely free for participants, admission is competitive, with 1,500 applicants in all seasons and 350 participants completing the program from 50 countries. We are honored to present a selection of participants from the program, recognizing their contributions and engagement.

Greta Morkūnė

Greta Morkūnė is a mathematics educator and Olympiad leader with extensive experience in training high-performing students for international competitions. A two-time bronze medalist at the International Mathematical Olympiad (2009, 2010), she later completed a Master’s degree in Mathematics at the University of Cambridge. Based in Lithuania, she currently leads the national Olympiad program and serves as the country’s representative in major international competitions, including the Baltic Way, the European Girls’ Mathematical Olympiad (EGMO), and the Romanian Master of Mathematics (RMM). Greta is actively involved in coaching students across multiple international Olympiad platforms and contributes to the broader Olympiad ecosystem, including her role as an organizer of the upcoming European Mathematical Olympiad.

Maxim O. Golubev

Maxim O. Golubev is a mathematics educator and researcher with extensive experience in advanced teaching and Olympiad-level training. He holds a PhD in Mathematics and serves as an Associate Professor at the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology, where he teaches in the Department of Higher Mathematics. Based in Russia, he is also a mathematics teacher at the Phystech-Lyceum named after P.L. Kapitsa, one of the leading specialized STEM schools. Maxim is actively involved in developing strong mathematical foundations among high-achieving students and contributes to the preparation of students for competitive academic pathways.

Daan de Groot

Daan de Groot is an active competitor and coach in both mathematics and informatics Olympiads, with a strong track record in international competitions. He earned a silver medal at the International Olympiad in Informatics (2022) and a bronze medal at the International Mathematical Olympiad (2023). Based in the Netherlands, he is currently pursuing a double bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Computing Science at Radboud University, where he has also completed an Educational Minor leading to a high school teaching qualification. Alongside his studies, Daan continues to compete while actively contributing as a coach in the Dutch national training programs for both mathematics and informatics Olympiads. He also serves as a national leader for several international competitions, supporting and mentoring the next generation of high-performing students.

Diko Mois Souroujon

Diko Mois Souroujon is a mathematician and experienced Olympiad coach with a long-standing contribution to mathematical education and competition training.
